No: eggs, corn, soy, (dairy)
Combine:
1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp corn free baking powder
(OR 1-1/2 tsp cream of tartar and 3/4 tsp baking soda)
1/8 tsp sea salt
Add:
1 cup milk or rice milk
2 tbsp oil
Whisk together and fry both sides on hot oiled griddle.
